- In the rare instance that you receive a defective product/missing Product, please contact us within 48 Hrs from the product delivery date.
- Submit a return request with a video showcasing the unboxing of the product via mail or whatsapp on 9387688149.
- The video should be submitted without any pause or cut to accurately capture the unboxing process and share it.
Refund Process for Defective Products:
- The refund will be credited in the original payment method within 7 days from the date of the return request or the return product delivery date, whichever is earlier.
